Omotayo Adediran is a purpose-driven entrepreneur, educator, and systems thinker passionate about building sustainable impact across business, culture, and technology.

She is the Co-Founder of Holyfield Cleaning Services, a premium Indiana-based cleaning and facilities brand known for its integrity-driven standards and commitment to excellence.

She also leads The AlienpreneurTM, a platform that equips immigrant and first-generation entrepreneurs to thrive through AI-powered strategy and practical training, and founded KultureAfric, an initiative promoting indigenous language preservation and cultural education.

Omotayo is a Certified AI Hoosier 1000 Master Trainer, a member of the International Sanitary Supply Association (ISSA), and an Ambassador with the Indy Chamber of Commerce, where she actively supports small-business growth and community engagement across Indiana.

She has trained and mentored professionals across Indiana and Africa on leveraging artificial intelligence to drive innovation, improve efficiency, and expand access to opportunities.

A proud mom of three, Omotayo believes that legacy begins at home and extends through service, innovation, and collaboration.

She holds a Master’s degree in Facilities Management and a Bachelor’s in Urban & Regional Planning from the University of Lagos, and is an alumna of the Kelley School of Business Executive Program through the Indy Chamber’s Enterprise Corps.
