Linnea’s life has centered around teaching, in preschool, elementary and high school and as a parish priest in the Episcopal Church. Her most joyous teaching experiences have been in areas that allow for creativity in content and concept: designing spaces for young children to learn through play; helping 1 st graders to capture their big ideas in drawing and words, 10 th graders in French, and adults in Sacraments; and finally, encouraging teachers as they implement innovative curricula at the College des Savoirs and Hebrone School in Kinshasa. Linnea grew up in the DR Congo and now lives in Bloomington, IN.
